The CW keyer that does
far more.
Standalone keyer · remote station · CW tools.
Start with a serious standalone keyer — iambic A/B, Ultimatic, straight key, WINKEY, no PC needed. Add a license when you want it and the same Box becomes a full remote station and every CW training tool.
One keyer. Plus the rest, when you want it.
Keyer
A proper standalone keyer. Iambic A/B, Ultimatic, straight key — and WINKEY for your logger.

Your station online for any mode — CW, SSB or digital. One host, many operators.

Every CW tool you'd actually use — lessons, callsigns, pileups, RufzXP, the Chat.

The DL2CC Remote CW Box
One compact ESP32-based unit with adjustable sidetone, two 3 W speakers (stereo) that also work as your station stereo speaker, audio/sidetone mix and WINKEY compatibility. Use it on its own as a keyer — or pair it with DL2CC-REMOTE-CW for remote operation and the CW tools.
- Iambic A/B, Ultimatic & Straight Key — 5–100 WPM
- Zero-latency hardware sidetone (550–750 Hz)
- Two 3 W speakers (stereo) — also usable as a station stereo speaker — + headphone output with auto-detect
- Adjustable audio/sidetone mix
- CW key & PTT outputs — ultra-fast CMOS electronic relay protected
- Flexible inputs for paddle, straight key, and footswitch
- Stereo line-in for remote audio mixing
- WPA2/WPA3 WiFi in addition to USB/serial (USB serial recommended for the cleanest audio)
- WINKEY-compatible — works with all logging software
- All settings software-configurable
- Settings stored in non-volatile flash memory
- Browser-based configuration and firmware update — no Windows software to install
Operate your station from anywhere — any mode
With a DL2CC-REMOTE-CW Remote license your station goes online for CW, SSB and digital alike. Run a host at the radio; operators connect from anywhere, and several can share one station — ideal for a club. No port forwarding, no manual router setup. IPv6 ready.
Remote Station
Low-latency WebRTC audio for live operating in any mode — with an optional binaural CW spatializer on top. Hear your station and work it as if you were sitting in the shack.

Rig Control, CW & PTT
Transceiver control via CAT or rigctld, with a built-in TRX Emulator (TS-2000) for your logger. For CW your key is relayed through the DL2CC Box; for phone your PTT and footswitch work the same way — fast enough for real operating.

Logger & Software Integration
The built-in TRX Emulator makes the remote station look like a local rig to any logging software. Connect your logger via CAT or Hamlib rigctld — WaveLog, N1MM+, Log4OM, and others work out of the box. No special logger plugin or extra setup needed.
Learn more →Software WinKey Emulator
No DL2CC Box? No problem. The built-in WinKey emulator lets any logging software key CW remotely as if a hardware keyer were connected — no extra device needed on the client side. Your logger sends to the emulator via a virtual serial port; the keying travels over the internet to the station.
Learn more →DX Cluster & Click-to-QSY
A built-in DX cluster with click-to-QSY: click a spot and the remote rig jumps to the frequency. Filter spots so you see the bands and stations you actually care about.

Rotator, Waterfall & Aux Devices
Rotator control and a waterfall for ICOM, Kenwood and FlexRadio, plus external amplifiers, tuners and antenna controllers (Ultrabeam, SteppIR) and a generic URL Switcher for HTTP-controlled relays such as Shelly or the hamparts.shop / qro.cz boxes.

Web Listen-In
Let anyone listen to your station live in a web browser — no software to install, no account needed. Share a link and your audience can hear the band in real time, wherever they are on the internet.

Remote setup in three steps
No special network setup. If both sides share the same passphrase, the connection can be made — for your own station or a club station shared across the whole club.
Connect the Box at Your Shack
Plug the DL2CC Box into your shack PC via USB or WiFi, and connect it to your transceiver's key and PTT inputs.
Enter the Shared Passphrase
Open DL2CC-REMOTE-CW on your remote PC. Type the same passphrase on both sides — it never leaves your machines.
Ready to Operate
WebRTC establishes a direct peer-to-peer connection where possible. Audio, rig control, and CW relay are then available remotely.
A workshop of CW software
Learn Morse code, train callsigns and pileups, run competitions, and rag-chew in Live Morse Chat — on the desktop or right in the browser.
Learning Morse Code
Learn the alphabet one character at a time, with adaptive selection that returns more often to the letters you still miss. You set the speed and Farnsworth spacing to match your current level. There is also a browser version — nothing to install — so you can practice on any computer, and your progress moves between the two as a JSON profile.

Morse Code Training
Once you know the alphabet, the Advanced Trainer adds WordFile, Groups, and Callsign modes for the sort of traffic you hear on the air. You can generate texts, save profiles, and track progress across sessions. It runs as a browser version too, so you can train anywhere without installing — its own profile carries over between desktop and web.

PileUp Trainer
A multi-station contest scenario for pileups and busy contest exchanges. Several stations call at once — pull callsigns out of the noise, work them as cleanly as you can, and get scored on speed and accuracy.

Balloon Burst
Balloons carrying random characters float upward — key the matching character on your paddle before they reach the ceiling. Speed and spawn rate increase with every level. It is a simple way to build keying reflexes without staring at a plain drill screen.

Competitions
TX Competition scores your sending character by character. RufzXP trains callsign copy at adaptive speed — play it in RufzXP Classic on the keyboard, or send your answers on the paddle. RX listening tests let you work on copy at any speed. It's all part of the CW license.

Live Morse Chat & AI Partner
Your actual paddle timing travels over the internet to other operators, so they hear your own keying style rather than generated audio. You can also practice with the built-in AI chat partner powered by OpenAI GPT. A browser web client lets anyone join and operate without installing anything — send text, key with the spacebar or on-screen key, or use a real key via the DL2CC Box on a desktop browser.

CW Audio Decoder
A software CW decoder with adaptive noise floor, a configurable frequency filter, live WPM tracking and a spectrum display. Read off the signal you're listening to — locally from your sound card, or from your remote station's audio stream.

DL2CC-REMOTE-CW is licensed separately from the DL2CC Remote CW Box. Standalone keying needs no license; choose a license when you want remote operation or the CW tools. You receive the download link after purchase.
