SPKONOFF toggles the runtime speaker mute. SPKVOL cycles the speaker sidetone mix OFF / 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 %. SIDETONEVOL cycles the master sidetone gain OFF / 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 % and remembers the OFF state.
