The current version adds the Winkey Emulator / Proxy and bundles the virtual COM port setup needed by contest loggers.

After installation, DL2CC-REMOTE-CW detects the DL2CC Remote CW Box over USB. The Box can be used as a keyer immediately; more functions can be enabled later or moved to another PC.
